Deep local knowledge and a great character!

Shellie Boswell was the agent we bought our home from, she then managed the rental AND then sold it for us recently. So having gone through every possible real estate agent transaction with her, I can honestly say she is great! Her knowledge of Bundeena is unsurpassed. She is truly an honest agent and doesn't play games. Alot happened to this property and she kept us in the loop the whole time and advised us well. The saddest thing about selling this home is that we won't be speaking to Shellie so regularly anymore!
