Way before I had any intention of selling my home, I always knew I would choose Joe Torzillo as the real estate agent to sell my home. I had been to many auctions in the local area and got to see him in action, so when the time came to sell, I immediately got in touch with Ray White and requested to speak with Joe. I wanted an agent who knew the area well and what was happening in regards to house prices in the area. From our first meeting I felt confident that our house would be presented beautifully, marketed well and that it would sell for what I wanted. During the whole process Joe kept us informed of market trends, what buyers were looking for and was open and honest about what we needed to do to present our house in the best possible way. He regularly asked about our plans for the house and what the budget was, so we always felt like was really listening to us. Joe communicated regularly as we prepared the house before auction. I had never sold a house before so was not sure what to expect. But Joe is very proactive and ensured that we had a timeline to stick to and engaged with us constantly throughout the process. You can't feel anything but confident and excited. He makes you feel that you are his only client and that he is working around the clock for you. And that because he is so committed to doing the best by his clients. He knows what your home means to you and what it means to sell it. He also knows that you hope to sell your house at the best possible price. There is absolutely no doubt that our house would not have sold for what it did, had we gone with another agent. I am 100% sure of that. It way surpassed our expectations. And even though I have moved away from the area, I would probably get Joe to sell my house again if that situation ever arose. 10/10....and the rest.
