Andrew seemed like a epitome of the perfect agent .........at first. In the beginning, easy to talk to, personable, friendly, helpful and forthcoming with information, when questioned, (yet to discover not altogether factual). During the negotiation process, Andrew was only accessible when he was seeking information, the rest of the time, he was hard to reach. We submitted an offer to Andrew on the day of inspection and inquired to the process to make it formal, we were very clear that we were serious. We were surprised to find out the owner was not made aware of our offer until 5 days later when we chased Andrew for answers. There were issues with the way the purchase before auction process was handled that left us with a bad taste about the negotiation on our purchase. Since discovered there was omissions about future development adjacent to the property, that had a direct relevance to the purchase price. Advice to future buyers, just be aware. This is only a review on Andrew not any of his staff.

We found Nick to be honest, positive and enthusiastic in his approach to selling our home and guiding us through the selling process.
