Exceeded our expectations
Nick sold our house within the first month on the market and negotiated with buyers to best meet our needs. We appreciated the regular communication and genuine relationship that he built with us during this time. Definately recommend :)

Sale of family home
After 44 years in the family home, there were a lot of emotions attached to the house. Nick was professional and completely open regarding the sale while being sensitive that we didn't just want to "give away" the home below market value. Sale of my Uncle's property
My Uncle had to sell his property and move to a nursing home so he asked me to deal with the sale. It was a pleasure to deal with Andrew Mizzi and his team at Ray White, Bundoora. Andrew gave me great feedback, contacted me regularly regarding inspections and interest in the property, this all made everything much easier for me. The property sold at auction, and my Uncle was very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone I knew that wanted to sell a property.

Ray White Bundoora team
We would certainly recommend Andrew Mizzi and his team to anyone wanting to sell/buy in the Bundoora area. He knows the area very well and his advice re the most effective marketing strategies to use was definitely on the money. We had a busy 5 week campaign and a well attended auction, which delivered a price considerably higher than we expected. We were delighted with the final result and were kept informed of each step along the way.
