Despite the challenging environment, Ya has shown resilience and calmness which have helped us through these uncertain times. Ya is honest, transparent and extremely hard working (4 x inspections per week). Would definitely recommend Ya if you are looking for someone to sell your property. Our house was sold by Ya Fei last week
Our house was sold by Ya Fei last week. What impressed us most was his deep understanding of the market and the buyers. A week before auction day, he had already accurately predicted how many serious bidders there would be and had a very good sense of how the auction would unfold. In the end, our home sold above the quoted price range. Ya Fei is honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his clients, there is no agent quite like Ya Fei. We cannot recommend him highly enough!
