Great Agent!
Damien was super helpful in helping us purchase our property, introduce us to a Solicitor in the area and was very patient when paperwork took a while to be finalised! I would highly recommend!

Excellent agent.
Since the time I have engaged his services I have found David Gordon (and his support staff) to have displayed such abilities that I would have no hesitation in either engaging him on future occasion or recommending his services to colleagues as might be appropriate. Highly recommend Nick!
Nick acted for me on my sale and on my purchase. He certainly went above and beyond the call of duty, such as offering to pay out of his own money for a removal truck and a clean on the house so that the tenants were out before settlement. I have dealt with David over many years, to the extent we bought our property in Suffolk Park through his agency 15 years ago. For the first 4 years the property was tenanted and David was a fantastic managing agent. Having then lived in the property, we got to know Dave and most of the other agents in town. When it came to sell, the choice of agent was obvious. During the process I found David to be extremely honest and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!
Not being based in Byron Bay ourselves, we really appreciated Damien's timely communication and organization with all the local parties involved, that we weren't able to see in person. He was more than willing to answer any of our questions from the first open inspection to the final settlement. He had most of the answers already prepared and was quick to forward the others. We look forward to catching up with him for a celebration drink when we are next in town!
