I have known Kyle and his team members now, for many years. His team has managed and looked after my investment property in Cairns City, for several years without many issues. I have six properties managed by Explore Property Cairns. I predominantly deal with Jessie Giles and she is better than excellent. She is professional and so helpful. Nothing is too much. She gets back to me quickly and resolves things efficiently. I never have to worry about any of my properties as I know they are in good hands. In the four years I have been dealing with Jessie I have not experienced a tenant who has not paid their rent nor has there been any damage caused to my properties.
