Ray works like a 'hedge cutter' & can put a deal together about as easily as I can tie a 'fishing knot'. He had a 'sit down' with us & took the time to find out exactly what I wanted. I thus decided to dump three investment properties on him. Within 45 - 90 Days he had all three signed, sealed , settled & done for the prices I wanted! I mean what else do you want from an agent ? If you've got a property in the Cairns Region and you're serious about listing , my advice is to just ring Ray & send it ! :-)

From when I first approached Luke until the contract was locked in, Luke was amazing. He was always available to speak to me, even at odd times on the weekends, and nothing was too much for him. He was also very involved with keeping the tenants happy during the multiple inspections carried out, and gave them advice as to the presentation of the property. All up, I am very happy with Luke and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property in the Cairns region.
