Belinda is an outstanding agent. Not only did she negotiate a very quick sale, but it was at a price that exceeded my expectations. There were a number of repairs that needed to be done before the property was put on the market and Belinda was able to very quickly organise the relevant tradesmen. Her service in this respect was significantly better than that of my property managers. I had serious health issues during the time that I engaged Belinda as my agent, and she showed great compassion towards both me and my tenant who was going to have to find a new home. Highly recommended.
