What was even better, was the time she spent talking to us about our property, her constant communication, the many examples of other properties and sales, in effect, her extensive knowledge of real estate. More indispensably, Nicole was enabling! There was no “well I think you should do this” we came to decisions ourselves based upon her provision of knowledge. We’d been looking for a house for a while and we’re getting no where, and all the agents didn’t take an interest in what we were after and even though telling us they’d let us know when something came on the market they didn’t. Then Nicole came along. We went to one of her open homes and instantly we got to talking about what we were after, she took an interest in the kids and was just lovely. We didn’t get that house but she let us know when another property came on the market and she did everything she could for us. We got the house and Nicole went above and beyond for us right through to settlement. Nothing was an issue, she took our many phone calls, answered our many questions. I highly recommend Nicole as a real estate agent.
