We have dealt with a number of real-estate agents over the years, both buying and selling property. While I hold some in high regard (and some are useless) non can hold a candle to Nicole. Her drive and follow through and ability to solve problems on the go are second to none. She got an offer which was above our expectations, in a time frame that was above our expectations, and then followed through to a success settlement. Even though this meant somehow getting a tiler to attend our property to replace a tile that had broken as the ex tenant the moved out. (we struggled to find a tiler that would come in 3 months let alone next day). Nicole's knowledge, attitude, connections and drive make her second to none in my experience. Highly recommended.

Nicole is definitely the best in Cairns. My studio was sold before the first open and for a record price for the unit complex. Other agents might charge a little less commission but they’ll also get you a little less for your property. The systems that Nicole and her team have in place are amazing and you know what’s going on every step of the way. Can’t recommend Nicole and her team highly enough.
