I would recommend Cathy if you are looking to sell your property as she kept me informed with regular market reports and details on potential buyers as well as assisting in negotiating the contract of sale. Even after the contract was signed she helped navigate through the subsequent hurdles even when the conveyancing solicitors mishandled things on the final day.
