Overwhelmed !
We have been talking with Gisele since January 2018 we have kept in contact and watched the market for approx 8 months. Gisele was extremely knowledgeable and had a great understanding of our investment requirement. Gisele was very helpful in all aspects of this sale. Professional and friendly agent
We felt that Gisele was very honest and genuine, and she didn't use any of the typical salesperson jargon (which is a positive!) She was very determined get the sale and available to chat 7 days a week. The initial contact through to settlement was quite short, which was ideal for our situation.

Have never been a fan of auctions & after ours failed we haven't been converted.
Have never been a fan of auctions & after ours failed we haven't been converted. Unfortunately we didn't achieve anywhere near our asking price but this was due to the market & not the agent who did the very best she could. She was in touch often & kept us up to date at all times. Maybe was simply the wrong time to sell for us.

Stress-free experience

Highly recommended, Fabulous agent
Gisele provided her services for a house purchase. She was fabulous. She was always available in person, through email or over the phone to answer the questions that we had. She made the purchase process so smooth and easy. She was upfront during negotiations and all aspects of buying the property. She was always pleasant and she did everything she said she would do. The sale is done now but she is still available when we have questions. Gisele does care about her customers and we can't recommend her enough. We would like to really thank her for helping us purchasing our first home.

Not Great, thats all
Sorry Ray Did very little to market the property and kept me waiting to pick up tbe keys. I know this wasn't completely your fault however better communication as to what was going on woukd have assisted. The pest control you organised was very mininal, i end up sending then away and organising my own.
