I chose Joan to sell my house because of her experience in my area, Edge Hill. Her negotiation and marketing skills are notable and I needed someone who could sell my Queenslander home for the best price. It is hard to put a price on these traditional houses, particularly when the market is 'down', as at the end of the day someone needs to fall in love with them. Joan drew upon her list of potential buyers, diligently showed people around and talked me through each part of the process becoming a mentor at an extremely stressful time. Her enthusiasm never wained even though it was not the easiest of sales. Joan is highly professional in her approach, communication and real estate skills. She is a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her as an agent to anyone I know.
