Instant Rapport! Rapid Result! Absolutely beyond my expectations!
This was my first time selling a house. In a sense, I dragged myself kicking and screaming to the market. After 20 years on my beloved acreage, now retired, I knew now was the time to sell, to downsize, to take a rest. For me, it was a huge step, and I was apprehensive! I called around agencies, spoke with several agents, who worked hard to convince me to LOWER my expectations! But not Sonia! She warned me! “Pack your bags!”, she said! “I’ll meet your expectations, and better!” And she did! Talk about a reluctant seller! I would say “Sonia, it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t go. I’m not concerned! I love this place!” There was no pouring water on Sonia’s expectations! Talk about Yin and Yang! Indeed, I had packed up just enough to present my place for sale, and then I get the call! “This is your offer, and well above your expectations!” I gasp, and say, “Yes!” Well then, it was done! I had no choice but to pack and move out. The buyer wanted in, and I had to go! Sonia, my head is still spinning! Four and a half weeks! ...from woe, to go! I’m amazed and so grateful! You supported me every step of the way with your grace, your exuberance, your smile, your humour, and your AWSOME skill and confidence with negotiations, not to mention your knowledge of the current market.
