Mel (my agent) is helpful cheerful and communicates well which is what you Hope for in an agent Hope to be a tenant or in the future buyer with them Paying $1.50every time you pay rent seems a bit weird though

Very good over the past 10 years I have been using them as my property managers and the purchase of my 2 house. I had a good relationship with the various staff that they managed my property and was disappointed that they moved on form the Agency. Mel has been excellent over the past few months with issues at the property and always communicate back when I try to contact her. Can only hope she stays there longer as she is attune to the dealings of my 2 properties

I would highly recommend the rental team. Nicholas especially as he was helpful, understanding, reliable and co-operative both to me and the tenant. However we had an incident with the tenant removing the fire alarm and this impacted on the building inspection at sale. Solution is wired in fire alarms.
