Just WOW! We bought a beautiful property in Cairns through Therese and super Jodie. We live in a different State and this purchase is our first ever investment property. We are what they call a novice in the game. Therese and Jodie practically held our hands, became our guide, covered everything from virtual inspections to renting out the property. Talk about looking after the seller's interest and the buyers interest at the same time. Never thought that was possible, but Therese and Jodie made it possible. The communication was top notch, and Jodie sure made me feel like I was talking to a friend, each time we talk. She starts every of our conversation about weather, and always keeps her promise. It was business and more. There is a personal and personality touch to it. When Magaritta eventually made the travel to go physically see our slice of paradise, she received a first class treatment and was very well looked after. My experience with these dynamic duo was pleasant. They made investment property buying easy given the fact that we live out of state, it was magic, we couldn't have asked for more, because we got the very best.

Therese was honest and open in regards to the property during our first viewing. She walked us through showing us the good and the bad but knew the potential of the house in the current market. Her views on the area and her genuine interest in our intent for the property was a refreshing. After driving over 2hrs to meet with us she was able to answer all of our questions and make us feel right at "home". We think we found a wonderful property but found an even better agent. This was the first time my husband and I have sold a house. We chose Therese because of the great reputation she has in the area. House was a investment property that was tenanted through the same real estate. Great communication with current tenants throughout the process. We wanted a quick sale and that was just what we got, whole process from advertising to sale was very quick.
