From the outset Therese was very helpful in assisting us to locate our next investment property. She went out of her way to look for a property that matched our criteria. Then we had the pleasure of dealing with team member Jodie who showed us around the property that we have subsequently purchased. Jodie was at all times friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We felt welcome in their office and were introduced to the rental manager (Damien) for his view on the property. When we had issues with settlement Therese was always available to us on the phone and when she said she’d do something, she did it. The settlement wouldn’t have gone through successfully if it wasn’t for Therese’s communication skills, professionalism and positive attitude to getting the job done. When we collected the keys for the property both Therese and Jodie dropped what they were doing and came out to congratulate us on our purchase.
