Therese and Jodie were a breeze to work with, we had bought this properly through Ray White Cairns South originally about 8 yrs previously and all went well with that, so when it came time to sell we called the same team to take care of things again. The sale of this house was slightly challenging as we don't live in Cairns anymore so all correspondence, paper work etc had to be completed over the phone and by email, the house also had to be sold with rental tenants living at the premises, this presented some further challenges as the tennants weren't overly happy with the potential sale. Therese and Jodie took all this in their stride and worked their way through the process very well, keeping us informed at all times and treating our tennants respectfully. The property was sold in a few weeks from the initial phone call to Ray White Cairns South, my wife and I took advice from Therese on how was the best way to go about selling the property, we agreed with what Therese recommended and as mentioned above a few weeks later the house was sold for slightly more than expected.
