Selling or purchasing a property in a nearby suburb or within a state is stressful enough so, when one decides to purchase a residential property that is two or so states away, that is crazy but that is exactly what we did. All I can say is, we could not have survived it without the guidance of God and the expertise, professionalism, patience, clarity and guidance to name a few provided by Therese and Jodie, throughout the entire process. Our kids attended the initial inspection on our behalf and video-called us. Jodie went the extra mile and sent us a number of videos of the property as well. It did not stop here. They offered to assist us with the insurance and the conveyancing side of things by referring us to the right people. They went above and beyond their areas of responsibilities to help us out. For obvious reasons, a lot of our communication was done on the phone. When we finally showed up and met Therese and Jodie in person during our final inspection, it was as if we had known each other for a long time. We felt very much at ease and relaxed by their warm, friendly and welcoming personalities. The way they explained things left no doubt in our minds they are experts in their field but for us, it was the way they presented the information and the product being the house we purchased; the tone of their voices; and the smiles on their faces - these left a lasting impression in us. Settlement day came and went smoothly. Other than the delicious goodies (thank you ladies), they also offered to assist if we need anything down the track. As their customers, they both provided an exceptional level of customer service throughout. Therese and Jodie, you were certainly the angels that we needed when we needed them. What a privilege.
