She knew her mkt, was intouch on regular basis , always very correct .

Only hiccup was in the first week when the "search" function on the web page was not set up correctly. When I pointed this out, situation was resolved that day. Other wise all good. House value sale price was above what was local area values. Happy with end result.

The most genuine person - the epitome of a real estate agent

Bonnie achieved the ultimate goal - to sell my home in Drewvale for a superior price in good time. Bonnie's perseverance was remarkable, she stuck with her believe than she had a great example of a Drewvale home and insisted that the market would come to her. Bonnie is a duck on a pond, swimming calmly on the surface whilst paddling furiously for her client. I had a remarkable number of inspections due mainly to her network of interested buyers, her followers and savvy investors. Bonnie is a gem, I absolutely recommend her to all sellers in Drewvale, she has a great knowledge of our suburb and strives for growth and success.
