Symon and Lucia were both excellent communicators, keeping me up to date at all times. While I was overseas they took care of some maintenance issues and were able to negotiate successfully on my behalf. I was confident in their knowledge of the market. I used Badenoch Real Estate as I was aware as they have been operating in the Canberra region for a long time. This indicated that they were a successful business and would had good market knowledge. I first met with Lauren and Symon of Badenoch Real Estate at my property, they were prompt and on time, even though I was running a little late. I was impressed with their knowledge of the area, and provided very good advice that assisted with a quick sale and also ensuring I obtained a maximum sale price. I was kept up to date throughout the initial open house and then with the price negotiations. right through to the final sale. I would highly recommend Badenoch Real Estate to any of my friends or work colleagues who were looking to sell a property.

I first met Mark whilst looking through an open house the previous year and he left a very good impression as a good property agent. Since then he un-intrusively kept in touch as a professional property agent. When it came to selling our house we contacted him again and again got a food feeling from him. When it came to the house sale, Mark managed to exceed our expectations price wise and used a very effective negotiation strategy with the potential buyers. He did this whilst being ethical and nice.
