On the same day as my initial phone enquiry for a property appraisal, Phyllis was able to provide a comprehensive assessment of my property in relation to recent area sales and her intricate local knowledge contributed to a highly detailed valuation for my property. Phyllis put me at ease and took the time to explain 'in plain English' the intricacies of various sale and promotion strategies and the pros and cons of each approach.
