Very easy to deal with, clear communication in terms of what he will deliver and what he needs from me to achieve good results and great tactical advice during the campaign. We achieved extraordinary numbers of groups through the property during the campaign and ended up with eight bidders on the day. We were able to achieve a suburb record for the property type as a result of the competition there on the day. While Treston’s team is great, it is a definitely a partnership and if you give Treston all the tools he needs such as a well presented property every time, he can bring his force to bear to achieve a good result. I have known Treston for a little while now having bought a house from him in June 2021. During this process I found Treston to be open, honest and approachable. As a result we selected Treston to sell our house recently. During the process of selling Treston has been a pleasure. He has been calm and confident and very rarely, if ever defaulted to telling us what he thinks we wanted to hear. This was particularly important when we initially had trouble getting interest in our property. A lesser agent would have told us to just drop the price. Treston never did this and stuck with his original pricing assessment and promised we would sell, we just needed to find the right buyer. Once a buyer was found Treston worked extra hard to secure an even better sale price which ended up falling within our expected (hoped for) range. I would happily recommend Treston to anyone looking for an approachable, calm, honest and diligent agent. We have recommended Treston to other people and intend using Treston again in the future for our other Canberra property.
