While Alex was working for the vendor, as a buyer I found her to be very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the overall process, both pre and post auction. Alex was always available to talk and would always respond to messages promptly. Buying a house is not a fun experience as you are essentially going through the process in an unsupported manner (as compared to the seller) but this was not an issue with Alex as she consistently worked towards an efficient closing for both parties.
