I came back to Symon to sell my place because he was the agent for the people I bought it from ten years earlier, and I'd been impressed with his approach and negotiation skills. Ultimately he got me a great price, but more importantly he gave me good advice on where to invest to spruce the place up before sale and where NOT to invest so I didn't waste money. He sought quotes and arranged the trades - so it was a full service sales arrangement. He managed the negotiations with the different buyers really well and I felt I was kept informed at all points. He has so much experience in the Canberra market - I strongly recommend him for future house sellers. (I've also heard from friends that he is an excellent property manager too).
