Cool, calm, collected

Loved working with Cameron, he made sure we were kept up to date with the process on his side of the transaction and that we felt comfortable at each stage of the purchase. He followed up the vendor's side throughout to make sure things kept moving towards exchange and that everyone was comfortable with the pace at which we were moving and at no point did we feel like we were under any undue pressure. Also very impressed with Cameron delivering on everything he said he would do, whether it was seeking further clarification from the vendor or following up the solicitor. He was always available to answer questions and always returned a phone call if we missed each other. Thanks again for your efforts and assistance Cameron.

After meeting on site with Cameron he expressed his veiw that the property would do quite well on the market for this area and seem to be quite uptodate with the current market values. On recieving the estimate i was quite supprised at the estimate price for the place( $520.000 to $550.000) And to recieve a bid of $586.000 what can you say Cameron certainly did his homework knows his job and was very well. Also many thanks to Maddie for all the back ground work and being very helpfull.
