We had the pleasure of dealing with Cameron and Maddie for the purchase of our first home. Both were incredibly friendly and understanding at all of the inspections attended, and we're always happy to answer the mundane questions with a smile. Both Cameron and Maddie were responsive when we had questions for the sellers, and always followed up with us. After the auction, Cameron was very thorough in exploring the process and helping us along the way. We would highly recommend both Cameron and Maddie for future sales / purchases!

Cameron was involved in the sale of my father's house some years ago so I had no hesitation in contacting him when it was time to sell my house. The Cameron-Maddie team are very professional, always on time and kept me informed all the way to the auction day. I was certainly NOT disappointed. I highly highly recommend them.

After meeting on site with Cameron he expressed his veiw that the property would do quite well on the market for this area and seem to be quite uptodate with the current market values. On recieving the estimate i was quite supprised at the estimate price for the place( $520.000 to $550.000) And to recieve a bid of $586.000 what can you say Cameron certainly did his homework knows his job and was very well. Also many thanks to Maddie for all the back ground work and being very helpfull.

Loved working with Cameron, he made sure we were kept up to date with the process on his side of the transaction and that we felt comfortable at each stage of the purchase. He followed up the vendor's side throughout to make sure things kept moving towards exchange and that everyone was comfortable with the pace at which we were moving and at no point did we feel like we were under any undue pressure. Also very impressed with Cameron delivering on everything he said he would do, whether it was seeking further clarification from the vendor or following up the solicitor. He was always available to answer questions and always returned a phone call if we missed each other. Thanks again for your efforts and assistance Cameron.
