Reliable and trustworthy
We were buyers in the very aggressive Canberra property market for about six months. During this time we had the displeasure of dealing with some very unimpressive, rude and lethargic Real Estate agents ... put it simply ... it’s a sellers market and the agents simply have no need to work with purchasers. Very impersonal and unhelpful. There were few exceptions to our experience .... Simon and Lucia were certainly heads and shoulders above their peers. Simon was factual and to the point .... he balanced his responsibility of representing his vendor while guiding us towards a successful real estate outcome for both parties. Lucia was a consummate professional, always returned phone calls and delivered on what she promised .... these are rare traits in the current Canberra Real Estate agent cohort. I would certainly (and already have) recommend Simon and Lucia to friends and family. I wish the reader good luck ... give Simon and Lucia a call ... they may be able to assist you, we were certainly very happy with our outcome.

Absolutely the best Agency and Agent (s)
On recommendation many years ago we chose Badenoch Real Estate to manage our rental property, they have done and still are doing a great job and we could not be happier. Due to circumstances beyond our control we had to sell the family home which had been in the family since 1962. The decision was not an easy one, and one filled with emotion. We chose Badenoch because of the excellent rapport we have had with them. Symon and Lucia were absolutely wonderful throughout the process from start to finish. Symon's extensive knowledge of the market and his unique approach, ethics,professionalism, friendly manner and Lucia's professionalism and eye for detail ensured a positive outcome.
