Easing the stress in home buying

As the seller's agent, Peter presented the property in a most positive way, At the open house inspection he assisted prospective buyers by being well informed about the house and presenting the information clearly and without any pressure. On the day of the auction Peter kept us well informed of the process. As the successful bidders he assisted us in securing a long settlement period while also helping us getting early occupation. Peter's ongoing delivery of sales outcomes for me over the past few years typifies his skillset

Peter has again delivered another successful marketing campaign for me. From the initial site meeting with Peter it was clear that he was client focused and respected and implemented the client's requirements from inception, throughout the marketing campaign, during auction day and after the fall of the anvil. His marketing strategies were well planned and from what I understand Peter goes well past what would be considered as reasonable in continually seeking new prospective buyers during the marketing campaign. The property was sold within the range of value that I thought was realist in the current real estate market and close to the value that Peter thought the house could achieve. This demonstrates Peter's honest and realistic approach to his clients, and this is paramount to my believe in achieving a good outcome for all parties in the real estate industry. Peter always kept me up to date with the open house attendance reports and feedback from both genuine prospective buyers and others. This provided a level of certainty that only genuine bidders would attend on the day of the auction. The auction process was outstanding with only the genuine bidders hotly contesting for ownership with quality incremental bids till the fall of the anvil.
