Above & Beyond
Michael's assistance went above and beyond - attracting a buyer was difficult enough in the midst of Covid19 - Michael was persistant and dilligent, and followed up on every sales lead. The buyer dragged out finance and settlement, again Michael went to bat for me following up with their finance broker (which wasn't his responsiblity), and reminding the buyers that I had the right to insist on penalty interest payments when the buyers threatened a fourth extension of the settlement process. Selling a house, in this market at least, is challenging, but having an agent who understands your personal circumstances and is actually working for you, and who actually earns their agency fee makes the process so much less stressful. As always Michael - thank you very much.

Outstanding experience
Selling our unique house was daunting enough without it requiring selling my mother's house to coincide with our sale and COVID19 issue added as well. Michael's knowledge and strategy of the market for selling our home was assuring, accurate and adaptive to the process. Constant and immediate communication kept us updated and attendance at any appointments were always punctual. We found Michael's service to be very professional but friendly and reassuring and always striving to obtain the best possible for your circumstances.
