Honest and reliable agent
Steve was great selling my house. Kept me up to date on everything. He was available to meet when I needed. He gave good advice and recommendations for the minor repairs that needed to be done. He gave us honest feedback about the house and market and got us an excellent price for our property!!

Great result in record time
Out of all the agents we considered we found Cameron to be most experienced in our area. We liked that he set realistic expectations and broke down the state of the market for us so that we knew what to expect. Cameron communciated very efficiently, and the (Ray White) personalised online sales portal kept us up to date in real time on all the leads, offers and communication with potential buyers. We liked that transparency. It was a pleasure to deal with Cameron, would 100% recommend him on a personal and professional level.

Awesome dedicated team
Many thanks to Cameron and Eboni for their work in selling the property. An extremely professional outfit whose constant communication and updates gave peace of mind throughout the process. Also appreciated the assistance when it came for providing leads for staging the property and having handyman jobs dealt with. Definitely worth talking to when you are looking to sell. Very Good Experience
My experience with Cameron Smart was easy and pleasant. It was different to the experiences I have had with other real estate agents. If I have another property to sell, I will find him again because I do not want to have to deal with any other agent. I felt like he was working with my best interest at heart.
