During the past 9 or so years I have constantly tried to sell my property but since I do not have the market knowledge Cameron has, I depended on him to guide me. At times the property value dropped almost 30% from what I paid for it and Cameron just reminded me that it might not be the best time to sell. Sadly, the market never picked up enough and I was losing thousands per year. When I finally had enough, I contacted Cameron, asked to him to sell…fair, I am still losing quite a bit from what I paid but Cameron and his assistant made this deal run as smooth as possible even after the buyer ran into some paperwork problems. I was kept in the loop all the way and the deal has now finally been signed and we are just waiting for the settlement to happen.
