I recently viewed a rental property and was the successful applicant! So excited. Kylie Ingle, the real estate representative, greeted and introduced herself to everyone. That was so nice. In my experience, it is unusual for the real estate person at a rental inspection to do that. Only sales agents do that. Also Ray White holds rental inspections at sensible times. The property I viewed was open for inspection at 5:50pm. When you are working and looking for a place to rent, trying to get to inspections during the day is extremely difficult making the renting process even more stressful. I highly recommend renting through Ray White and dealing with Kylie, Samantha and the team.
