Excellent Property Management Team

If you want to rent an investment property, we strongly recommend Ray White - Carina. We have experienced numerous agents in property management over the past 20 years. Among them, Ray White - Carina's work ability, professionalism, and customer service attitude were the most excellent in all respects. Kylie Ingle's professionalism, promptness and immediate notification of what's going on is really commendable, especially in charge of rental property management. She did everything quickly to find a tenant, each time finding a tenant in less than two weeks, minimizing loss on rent. Every time an inspection is conducted, we are notified right away so that we can keep track of all the progress. Above all, she always satisfied us by finding the best tenants, and her excellent work skills always produced good results. Kylie and her team are professional and knowledgeable, and do everything efficiently and transparently. The property management team led by Kylie is one of the best and works with perfect teamwork.
