Smooth transaction in a not so easy sale
Andrew sold two of my properties that were side by side. Not necessarily and easy sale, that suits all buyers. However Andrew managed to complete the sale smoothly, although the vendor was playing games throughout the sale process. A satisfying result in the end.

Our experience with Nick as our agent was short but sweet. After months of failed attempts to sell through an agent, we noticed Nick was having success in our area. Nick was fastidious in preparing to sell our home. No stone was left unturned. His advice to introduce a super stylist transformed our already nice house into a show home hard to resist. It took only 3 open homes to produce a contract $65,000 above any othe offers. Nick is genuine and calls a spade a spade. He has our complete positive recommendation.
