He found us our home
Inspected one of his properties numerous times, but it wasn't quite right. Nick understood exactly what we wanted and found us our new home within weeks. Not pushy (unlike others). He works for the vendor, but understands that he needs buyers willing to sign more than an EOI. Would definitely consider listing with him (assuming he's still working in 15 years)

Very helpful
Nick was very helpful both pre and post-sale, with good communication throughout. He arranged additional property viewings pre-settlement to help us plan renovations, and passed on all our requirements to the vendor making the settlement very smooth.

Having known James for a number of years through purchasing a property from him, getting back in touch to sell a property was a simple choice. His knowledge and experience of the Brisbane area and approach to the sales process was informative and creative. James and I spoke about what I wanted to achieve and we worked together on ways to make that happen. The process of marketing was initiated very quickly and inspection dates were scheduled for within the same week of the property launching online.
