He is friendly, extremely 'personable' and down to earth while at the same time acting in very professional manner. Bruce was great in helping us sell our investment property. We live in Sydney and was not able to travel due to COVID19. Bruce was extremely helpful he assisted us in organising and managing trades as our property was in dire need of TLC. Within two weeks we were able to have our property renovated and styled. I was very nervous about listing our property during during COVID19 and was not expecting a sale and was ready to put new tenant back into the property but with the assurance of Bruce we progressed and received a good offer within two days and a quick settlement.
