I found Nick to be extremely courteous and polite.
Right from our first meeting I knew Nick was the agent for me. He was very organised with sale figures and knowledgeable about the local area. He kept in constant contact to keep me up to date with house viewings and feedback. I felt he went above the call of duty on several occasions. I would happily recommend him to my friends.

We sailed into a pandemic and it sold!!!
Bruce was great in helping us sell our investment property. We live in Sydney and was not able to travel due to COVID19. Bruce was extremely helpful he assisted us in organising and managing trades as our property was in dire need of TLC. Within two weeks we were able to have our property renovated and styled. I was very nervous about listing our property during during COVID19 and was not expecting a sale and was ready to put new tenant back into the property but with the assurance of Bruce we progressed and received a good offer within two days and a quick settlement. Bruce was extremely easy to work with, helpful and always stayed in contact. Bruce did all the hard work while we were stuck in Sydney and he was the right agent to partner with during this time. I would highly recommend Bruce.

Thorough, Friendly and Genuine

Erin was professional and caring. She made the purchase of our new home so easy. Selling and purchasing during the health crisis was stressful but Erin went above and beyond to ensure everything went according to schedule. wonderful selling experience
I bought my property from Andrew 4 years ago and had a wonderful experience during the purchase. So I picked Andrew to sell the property hoping for a similar experience. Andrew has to be one of the happiest and always upbeat and positive people you will ever meet in your entire life. It seems most people feel the same as me and so when it came to selling the property Andrew had them eating out of his hand.
