Dedicated and trustworthy professional
We started dealing with Wendy 3 years ago when we initially planned to list our property. That didn’t happen for various reasons, but we had no hesitation in engaging Wendy again when the time was right in June this year. From the outset Wendy guided us through the process and made sure we were comfortable with her strategy, and the best way to achieve the best outcome. We ended up with a result that way exceeded our expectations, and while much of this was no doubt due to the strength of the market, a lot of of it was due to Wendy’s positive manner, guidance, advice and re-assurance at every step along the way. We cannot say enough about her professionalism and conduct throughout the sale of our much loved family home, and we unreservedly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable real estate agent.

Honest, professional and strong work ethic
Wendy and her team at Ray White Caringbah have demonstrated nothing but professionalism and a strong work ethic since I first started speaking with her 2 years prior to to her selling our house. Its been a long road but every step of the way Wendy has been patient and diligent in providing updated market information and advice. The team really showed their professionalism during the marketing campaign. Due to pandemic restrictions, they have had to go the extra mile or three to ensure every one wanting to see the property are promptly accommodated. This has required a lot more dedication in time and resources and the team has proven they are capable of delivering in such trying circumstances. I very much appreciate everything Ray White Caringbah have done for us and would not hesitate to recommend as a reputable company to deal with. Thanks guys.

Wendy was brilliant!
Wendy was wonderful to deal with! She is excellent with her communication and kept us well updated every step of the way, irregardless of her busy schedule. She very professional and friendly and I enjoyed working with her. When dealing with Wendy, she very friendly but direct, she leaves you feeling you are in safe hands when dealing with the stress and rat race of the Sydney housing market. You feel reassured she is not in the real estate game and genuinely wants the best for her buyers and sellers. I would definitely work with Wendy again!
