Pat was really good, gave me plenty of advice, suggestions, ideas and Pat actually psychically helped in leading up to presenting the property for sale. He had a list of consultants that I relied upon to present my property allowing me to get the best price possible. During the selling period I was kept informed on a very regular basis of inspections, possible buyers and what was happening in the market place around me. After the exchange the communication kept up and I was not put onto someone else like a lot of agents do. Very happy with the price achieved and sold within the time frame I needed.
