Pat was always very helpful if I had any questions and was fast with getting back to me. Pat made himself available on his days off, which was very helpful being so close to Xmas. I am still on pre-settlement stage. Wendy and her team were helpful along the way especially when I was trying to find out the type of existing timber floor board where I want to extend this into the bedroom. She was able to get this information from vendor in short period of time which I appreciate it. I didn't expect this actually since from my experience, with majority of sales reps after you signed a contract with them they won't accomodate you with any requests nor questions but not with Wendy. I will definitely have her sell my home in the future!
