The bins were already overflowing when I arrived and have still not been emptied despite multiple follow-ups. This is not just poor service—it’s a hygiene and health issue. I’ve had to chase them repeatedly for basic support and information that should have been provided upfront. The agency clearly lacks organisations , accountability, and any real concern for their tenants’ wellbeing. I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting through them.
