Millie is kind and friendly
Millie is diligent, great in communication and professional. We had different opinions on initial process to establish selling price. She suggested price below our expectations. In the end, we decided on the price and Millie almost met our expectations. Her full dedication resulted in sealing the deal with the other party.

Reliable and dedicated agent
Jason Liu and Matt Leong are my agents for my Carlingford unit. The apartment is sold after two open inspections. They were approachable, and impressive in terms of their market knowledge and sales strategy, which led me to sign with them. Afterward, they kept me updated with developments, and quick to accommodate my requests. Initially we planned an off-market showing, however, with little interest from the market. We quickly changed the plan and put the property up to the market earlier than expected. It received great feedback and interest from the first open home. After the first few enquiries during the 1st week, after the 2nd open home, Jason and Matt were able to secure the deal for me two days after, getting me a price that exceeded my expectations. Matt also reached out trying to help me with finding a rental after the sale, and further accommodating my other requests. Matt and Jason would be an asset to your future sale, and I highly recommend them.

The path to auction was smoothed for us
It can't be easy managing realism, cheerfulness and your client's expectations, but Nathan managed to pull it off effortlessly. And did it all by phone as I live some distance from the house I was selling. Selling your parent's home is a sad business in many ways, however Nathan's advice and support throughout the sale period and auction made the the process much easier.

Outstanding Agent - No. 1
This is the first time we have moved house in 45 years. Nathan Circosta could not have been more helpful in arranging the sale of our house. He went above and beyond what we expected.
