Efficient with good communication
Overall a positive experience. Good clear communication. Quick to respond to queries. Timely start to tenancy. Flat was not as clean as it should have been. I have fed back that a more thorough pre- tenancy inspection by the agent should be performed.

So easy to deal with!!
It was an absolute breeze to let my apartment via Ray White Carnegie. Since the time of the initial assessment till the time it was let out, there was constant communication via phone and email about the status. It was easy to get across to the leasing agents as well a property management staff who understood my requirements quite well and ensured everything was smooth. Thank you very much

Good information at all steps in the process
Ray White kept me informed about how the process of renting was going. But the process itself was slow, with tenants not turning up for inspections, and cancelling applications after submitting. This is not necessarily due to the agent, however I felt that following up references etc. could have been done more quickly to minimise the likelyhood of this - even letting a tenant know they were holding the property for them pending landlord approval or something. Overall taking nearly 3 months to find a tenant (admittedly over Christmas) is a bit long.

Great property manager Rob
We’ve been really impressed with the service and supports provided by Rob who manages our rental property. He has really great communication skills, will get back to us if he says he will, follows up issues or concerns efficiently and just an overall great guy! The leasing team have also been great to work with and thorough. We would highly recommend Ray white Carnegie!

Communication was been fantastic

Excellent service
Moving house can be exhausting but the Ray White team specifically Tory & John made the process easy, quick and seamless. Their online processes are fantastic. I highly recommend them for both landlord's and tenents!
