Ray White Carnegie
The extremely irresponsible agent
Raywhite reccommended a tenant who has been black-listed. However, Raywhite never take any responsibilities of their mis-management. On another occassion, open-inspection day, the staff who open the house did not turn up.

Hi,
I have had the opportunity to investigate your feedback and the service provided by our team. I understand that an open for inspection was held on the date in question as the registered attendees who inspected have since been approved for the property.
We apologise if you feel that our service during the previous tenancy was not up to standard. We can assure you that at the time of the application processing the previous tenants were not black listed. All tenancy checks were conducted as per procedure, and all references came back with no negative feedback.
If you would like to pop in for a chat and discuss further please come in anytime.
