We were up against it !

With our property being initially passed in at auction having received only 1 bid we were not hopeful of a sale returning anywhere near what we needed to achieve; it was not looking good at all and to say we were dejected would be an understatement. But Tom's professionalism, experience and perseverance shone through ! After another couple of months on the market (over the quiet Christmas period), he found a buyer whom he was able to convince to speak to her broker and find a different lender to that which had denied her initial finance application. Tom did an amazing job, getting the sale over the line and securing us a price slightly above our "break-even".
