Great Agent

Highly recommend. Tom is very professional and knowledgeable of the market in the area. He is also a great auctioneer. Overall did a great job at marketing the property and getting people through the door. Plenty of people showed up at the auction and he ran a great auction. We achieved a price marginally below, however still within the ball park of our expectations. This was all achieved amidst competition from 2 other properties for sale in our building and others in our street.
