We had been looking for a property in the area for a long time and bumped into Dean on numerous occasions, besides being knowledgeable about the market we found him to be forthright as to various properties suitability for our needs and honest about their potential. Ray White Paddington have managed all aspects of our property for several years whilst we have been living overseas. Throughout the service has been excellent; the property has always been let quickly to good tenants at very acceptable rental rates, all maintenance matters have been dealt with efficiently and they have resolved several unusually complex administrative matters painlessly (a difficult tree removal, pool certification etc..) Communications both with us and our tenants have always been a key point - outstanding. When we recently decided to sell the property on short notice, Dean did a great job under difficult circumstances in securing a buyer and maximising the value of the sale. In parallel Dean has very effectively managed the relationship with the current tenants through the sales process, securing an amicable arrangement for the early termination of the lease. This will lead to a short settlement on the sale, sought by both us and the buyer. This deal had many moving parts. Dean's approach has been open and frank. Very little of the "expectation management" that seems to be standard operating procedure in the industry. His communications were timely and effective. I have been very impressed with his professionalism. Very happy to recommend Dean and the team at Ray White Paddington both as a letting/management agent and as a very effective sales channel.
