Due to a quick and unexpected change in the direction of our life/work situation we were in need of finding a home in West Wyalong. We contacted all the Real Estate Agents outlining our needs (and wants): a 4 bedroom home on a bit of land on the edge of town, relatively new or maintenance free, accessible for a powerchair and a decent shed. We knew that this a 'big ask'. Surprisingly very shortly afterwards Louise contacted us to say she may have a property that suited our needs and she would be in touch once she had the contracts. She rang us as the property was listed online ... by the next morning 15 of our friends had tagged us in the post (they knew this house suited us!). We were the first to view this amazing home and were instantly interested ... so were a number of other parties by the end of the day. This property then became an EOI ... at all times Louise was clear, concise and timely with any communication (emails, phone calls and texts), even after hours. We were very 'green' in terms of purchasing real estate, this decision and process had not been on our radar at all. Louise was professional and extremely approachable along with being very specific and direct about what we needed to do next. Because this was an unexpected and quick decision, and we WANTED this home, we had Louise, our bank, solicitors and another agent selling property for us all interwoven. Again at all times Louise's service was exemplary. Within 3 1/2 weeks of viewing this property we signed contracts and loan papers. And at 7 1/2 weeks our new home settled.
