I cannot speak too highly of Brendon Allegri. I have not been able to view the property personally, and have had to rely on Brendon, and to a lesser extent my Forbes friend, to look at it for me. Whilst he is the Vendors'; Agent, he has been nothing but helpful and courteous to me from the outset, whilst also being professional and having the vendors' interests at the fore. Without his assistance, and his permitting to ask him questions, I would be at a great disadvantage. I cannot recommend him too highly.

I decided to engage Brendon to sell my aunt's house as he was the agent who seemed to be most successful in making sales in the area. It turned out to be a good decision as the house sold within a week of it being listed. Brendon knew the local market and negotiated a fair price for my aunt and for the purchaser. He communicated at all stages of the sale and supported us in every way that he could, from removing furniture, to organising a handyman for us. Brendon exhibits loads of energy and enthusiasm, whilst he is also practical and resourceful. He always acted with integrity.
